"Smart people with neither the time, inclination, or skills to bring another soul into the world and rear it shouldn't breed, either."
In _theory_, smart people should be able to recognize the above in themselves. Unfortunately, in reality, the drive to make a "mini-me" can be overwhelming. -

Stupid people are going to take over the world because those of us with any intelligence are too smart to have a ton of kids that we neither want nor can afford. Instead we get stuck taking care of all the children of stupid people on welfare. I just love paying taxes to support stupid people. Eventually there won't be any smart people left because we don't breed enough. ARGHHHHH -
